I can't believe it. I just bought a new vid card, no problems yet... HOWEVER, I can't get BF2 to launch... Why does the game have to be so picky about a graphics card? Only a handful of ones are supported and it once worked great with my old one, then it didn't work. Now I upgraded to a GeForce 6200 and it isn't on the list and still won't load. I have done a fresh install of XP and then the game would work, but I just don't want to go through all that again...
This is so cotton pickin' aggravait'n! I just cain't get this darn thing to work... (Forgive my southern dialect you darn Yanks...  ) Eh... maybe I can get FEAR to load up again... Till then I think I'll go back to my RTS life, haha

Well what a week... I like the new graphics card and BF2 is working now. Apparently, there was an issue with my tablet drivers. While trying to load up Enemy Territories I came across a posts where someone said they were having a similar issue and had just installed a tablet. Someone made the suggestion that Nvidia could be detecting it as a second monitor and that may be causing the problem. So I uninstalled my tablet drivers and loaded up BF2 Demo and now I have no problems. So Drum and Wolf, if you still want to play some vanilla BF2 then I'm game! Gotta make time for T2 still though

Sorry I missed out. I know you messaged me but I wasn't at the PC. I don't have BF2 re-installed yet or anything since I put W7 on here again.

Honestly, I couldn't decide which way to go at first down that stupid ramp. I really never liked that map but it was the only on I found with the right number of people, then we realized it was a Chinese hosted server (so we suppossed...) It was fun though, like old times
