Picture of the Day? What? Posted by Ctathos
After excruciating (the pain of being crucified) troubleshooting, I got the PotD script working correctly. Many thanks to Phantom for fixing the script, making some editions to some functions, and instructing me on how to do things of the sort ;) Hope you all enjoy, Haha.

I'll see what I can do about skinning the post page later... I need a break.

Site Updates Posted by Ctathos
Alright, After some quick help from Phantom the archives are now functional.

A change was made to the background image to compensate for the extra length needed by the archives. The gradiant when dark light, now it goes dark light dark (and thus repeats indefinately).

Other changes include the comments page, which should now have a more homey feel; sorry about the white border, can't do anything about that (or I could get on Phantom's case, hehe, but lets give him a break shall we?).

Latest Battlefield: Vietnam Patch Out Posted by Igo
As promised, the new patch for Battlefield: Vietnam is now available, updating DICE's military shooter to version 1.2. The large update adds three new maps, eight new vehicles, a new spectator mode, balance tweaks, bug fixes, and more. There is also a warning that the World War II mod must be installed prior to updating to version 1.2 in order to operate properly. Here's where the various editions of this update can be found here.

But most us boys will be playing with our new JetPacks!!!

Minor Fix Posted by Ctathos
Alright, I should have fixed those nasty white outlines on the smileys. Now I get to test them all.

On another note, the archives are giving me some problems and will have to be dealt with aggressively.

Round of Applause Posted by Ctathos
Let's hear it for Phantom Mask!

I would like to thank Phantom for giving Igo and I the incredible idea of using cascading style sheets (CSS) to make the website Firefox friendly. After reading a quick tutorial last night, I spent about 10 minutes today making the CSS code and now the website has its original colours (No more of that disgusting orange) and has a solid background for FireFox users.

Thank's a million for the idea Phantom!

This is an example of a larger display of news, for future reference.

From TribalWar.com

The Vengeance multiplayer demo is now ready for download.

The multi-player demo contains four maps and offers five different gameplay types. The final version of Tribes:Vengeance will ship with 11 multi-player maps, but will offer infinite variety with the availability of easy-to-use modification tools which will be released when the game ships. Irrational Games has built a unique gameplay system that will make it easy for enterprising game designers to mix and match gameplay types, maps, and objects to create original and unique ways of playing an online game.
